Niels Peter Ellegaard

Chief Executive Officer


Niels Peter Ellegaard, CEO & Member Board of Directors – Based in Paris. France and Copenhagen, Denmark In 2010. Niels co-founded Reewire International ApS., with the goal to build a global yet locally focused ICT firm that provides digital financial services for currently underserved markets in Africa, Asia and the Americas. He executes corporate growth strategies and provides leadership vision to the management team along with handling key partner, client and other stakeholder relationships. His twenty-five year track record demonstrates a passion for applying information communications technology to solve problems along with a strong entrepreneurial orientation. From 2008-09, Niels ran business development for Microsoft’s Enterprise Search Group in the Nordics which led to running a $28mm revenue partner business from 2010-11 for their Digital Marketing Platform Group in France and Benelux. In 2007, he co-founded and remains a partner in OAX Open Ad Exchange, which challenges Google’s Adwords platform. Previous engagements and roles were held with Berlingske Media, part of MECOM Group Plc; Eniro A/S; BRF Kredit; WPSnet International ApS; and Adecco S.A. Earlier in his career as a world class scuba diving instructor, Niels founded and managed Active Tours/Active Diving Tours (1992-99) which led to his founding and sale (1995) of a publishing company, VIP Media AB, and monthly diving industry magazine, “DYK!”, which is still published today. Niels earned his business degree in 1995 from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and his B.A. in Business Administration from Roskilde University Center.


Nyake Mbondji

Chief Technology Officer




Nyake Yves Mbondji, CTO & Member Board of Directors – Based in Paris. France. Yves co-founded Reewire with Niels Ellegaard in 2010 and invested a further two years developing and refining the proprietary Reewire OPEN MARKET™ platform implementing its first commercial rollout by Mobiflouss in Tunisia in 2012. The current 250,000 user platform was judged this year’s winner in the “customer services innovation” category at the Global Telecom Business Awards. Yves leads design, implementation and ongoing management of client solutions and programmer teams. He has over fifteen years of experience in software development, network and system administration, and internet and database development. At Calyon Bank he was Project Office Manager for planning, validation and deployment of internal value-at-risk (VAR) products utilized by traders and risk officers. Yves also worked with Paribas Asset Management as head of software integration and support for developers, where he conducted product upgrades for EURO currency migration, the year 2000 bug project and the merger of BNP with Paribas. He served two years as head of IT for a fleet management software company, TeleApplication, and as a technical director for NGSoft Solutions. He specializes in technical and operational skills in higher value added services at the convergence of mobility, data and voice.


Jesper Lacoppidan
Board Member


Jesper Lacoppidan, Member Board of Directors and VP Business Development Middle East – Based in Copenhagen, Denmark.  Jesper joined Reewire’s board in 2014 and brings over three decades  C-level experience and track record in mobile, Telco, transportation logistics, and IT medical corporate finance roles along with PE, VC and M&A investment endeavors. Additionally he brings over twenty years board management and governance experience across a diverse set of firms.  Prior corporate positions include: Deltaq A/S; LaCorp Capital Partners ApS; LaCorp ApS; Talkline BV, NL; Talkline GmbH; TDC (International) A/S; CR Systems A/S; IBC Danica A/S; I-Data A/S; and Storno A/S. Jesper’s international experience includes working and living in the United States, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland and Austria. He received his MBA in Marketing at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and his BSc in Engineering & Business Economics at Danish Technical University (DTU).            


Kim Høgskilde
VP Business Development Northern Europe


Kim Høgskilde, VP Business Development, Northern Europe - Based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Kim joined Reewire in 2014 and is leveraging his 25 years of experience in international business in Northern and Eastern Europe. Kim has extensive experience from the IT sector in planning and executing strategies within complex IT based business support systems. With Reewire, Kim is building relationships and executing sales to the financial – and the retail sector in Northern and Eastern Europe. His 25 years track record demonstrates a passion and flair for transforming technical functionality to business benefits. Kim has served as Managing Director for Opus Capita, a leading financial business process outsourcing service provider, in Denmark from 2004-09 and in Germany in 2012. Kim was leading the Outbound Business unit within Opus Capita from 2008-12, with a yearly revenue of 180 M Euro in 15 countries in Europe. Kim have extensive experience in the invoice management business, and has worked on strategy development, product development, go-to-market strategy planning and execution with a strong focus on the conversion from physical to digital invoice management. Kim has also worked in the M&A space for Opus Capita in most countries in Europe, having executed 3 acquisitions in Denmark, a joint venture in Norway and a divestment in Germany, along with many other business acquisition projects in other countries. From 1994-04 Kim worked in Oracle as sales director and consulting director, and build up the Telco business for Oracle Denmark in that period with annual revenue of more than 20 million euro. Kim also worked in BFC Data – a Danish ERP vendor from 1988-04. He has served on boards for several IT companies. Kim earned his business degree in 1987 from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), and joined IMD in Geneva several times.

Mark Cruz

VP Business Development Americas





Mark Cruz, VP Business Development, Americas – Based in Miami, Florida – USA. Mark joined Reewire in 2013 and is leveraging his 15 years of international business development experience to build firm partnership and client engagements across the North and South American markets. He has developed extensive relationships and offshore business practices experience through the consulting, trading and sourcing of commodities for a variety of international clients. This has led to a number of principal investment activities including as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Excel Capital Grp. LLC, an alternative finance commodity trading firm focused in the Americas marketplace and Managing Member of Solid Carbon Capital Group, LLC, the lead investor for a US based carbon nanotube manufacturer. Through his broad industry sector experience he has developed a keen understanding of how proper investment in ICT infrastructure can be critical to an entity’s success or failure. He is applying that across Reewire’s 4M OPEN MARKET™ platform to develop business relationships among financial institutions, mobile network operators and other public and private sector stakeholders. Mark has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Roger Williams University.



Andrew Lampert

Strategic Investment Advisor


Andrew Lampert, Strategic Investment Advisor – Based in San Diego, California – USA. Andrew joined Reewire in 2013 to assist with capital structure/investment, strategic business development and other stakeholder issues including recruiting and managing an Advisory Board. He has over 30 years of business development, corporate banking and capital markets experience. During the 80’s and 90’s he worked for the Bank of Montreal Group in Chicago. This included leading a global sales team for Harris Trust’s U.S. government securities Primary Dealership and building out the corporate trust structured finance division prior to its sale to Bank of New York in 2000. He also was a Managing Director for their investment bank, Nesbitt Burns. He began his career working for First National Bank of Chicago in their public finance and credit analysis departments. In 2001 he established a consultancy, Lampert & Associates, working with clients in asset management, peer-to-peer lending, distressed credit, oil/gas and alternative energy, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture processing, and other sectors where financing and business development are the core addressable issues. Mr. Lampert holds an M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Economics & Sociology from Northwestern University and currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
